The MCDST certification is a de facto credential for IT support skills
declared by the National Workforce Center for Emerging Technologies Skill
Standards for Information Technology. The certification validates the knowledge
and skill sets of help desk technicians, customer support representatives, PC
support specialists, technical support representatives, and technical support
specialists.
In this MCDST Boot Camp, practice what you learn using Transcender online test
simulations - the industry-leading test-preparation product. Both exams you need
to become MCDST-certified are included in the Boot Camp as well as one free
retake of each exam.
